Union Cabinet on Monday cleared a bill to provide 33 per cent reservation in Lok Sabha and assemblies of States and Union Territories. Though there was no official statement, news agencies quoted Parliamentary Affairs Minister Prahlad Joshi saying the Bill was approved.Meanwhile, the principal opposition party, Congress, has welcomed the move.
