The Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI) on Friday released a consultation paper on ‘Review of Quality-of-Service (QoS) Standards for Access Services (Wireless and Wireline) and Broadband (Wireless and Wireline) Services’ in which is proposing to merge present three regulations into one.
