Union Home Secretary Ajay Bhalla on Thursday gave a detailed presentation to a Parliamentary committee examining three Bills that seek to replace Indian Penal Code (IPC), Criminal Procedure Code (CrPC) and the Evidence Act for having a contemporary and robust criminal justice system.
