Parliament on Tuesday passed Inter-Services Organisation (Command, Control & Discipline) Bill – 2023, with Defence Minister Rajnath Singh saying that the legislation would prove a “milestone towards military reforms” and “strengthen armed forces” in view of the global security scenario.
