MOSCOW: Russia has dispatched an Su-30 fighter jet to prevent a US drone from violating its border over the Black Sea, the Russian Defence Ministry said on Saturday.
The Russian crew identified the drone as a US Air Force MQ-9A Reaper reconnaissance drone, which turned away from the border when the Russian jet approached, the defence ministry said in a statement.
