Belden Names 3 Finalists for Joseph C. Belden Innovation Award
The winner of inaugural award will be announced next month.
The three finalists were selected from a highly competitive field of submissions by a panel of industry expert judges. Entries were evaluated on such criteria as level of innovation, business value and ESG (environmental, social or governance) impact. The winner will be announced in June and honored at a Belden event highlighting innovation.
The award is named after Belden’s founder, Joseph C. Belden. His innovative spirit and patents helped the company become an early telecommunications leader, laying the foundation for modern-day Belden’s portfolio of network and data solutions. The Joseph C. Belden Innovation Award shines a spotlight on innovations that power the future in industries such as healthcare, manufacturing and telecommunications.
The finalists are:

The platform delivers unparalleled quality care, powered by advanced clinical algorithms and a streamlined Healthcare Operating System.
- Voleatech GmbH: The company submitted its VT AIR OT Firewall Software, a next-generation product that bridges the gap between connectivity and security in the growing OT network space. With VT AIR organizations can achieve the highest level of security for their OT networks; benefits include simplified management, flexibility, and future-readiness.
