NEW DELHI: Team India suffered more blows ahead of their World Cup game against New Zealand with Suryakumar Yadav and Ishan Kishan sustaining injuries during optional net session in Dharamsala on Saturday.

It remains to be seen whether Surya will be fit to play his first World Cup game after the head coach Rahul Dravid dropped a hint of including the top-ranked T20I batter for the match in place of injured Hardik Pandya.
Surya was facing throwdown specialist D Raghavendra when a lightning-fast delivery struck him squarely on the forearm, just above his right wrist.
In response to the sharp blow, the elegant batter swiftly exited the nets, accompanied by the team physio Kamlesh and the team doctor.
