NEW DELHI: India wicketkeeper-batsman Rishabh Pant is steadily progressing on the path to recovery following a car accident that occurred in December last year. Emerging from what could have potentially been a life-threatening incident, the left-handed batsman has dedicated his time to rigorous gym sessions aimed at enhancing his overall fitness.
Pant had suffered injuries in a car accident on the Delhi-Dehradun highway near Roorkee in December 2022. The incident resulted in multiple injuries, encompassing a fractured wrist, ankle, toe, back, and a head injury.
During his time away from the cricket field, Pant has displayed commendable advancement in his recuperation journey. Consistently engaging in gym workouts, he has also incorporated yoga and Pilates into his routine to aid in his recovery process.
In a recent post on Instagram, Pant shared a video of himself working out on the treadmill. He captioned the video, “Grip. Twist. Paddle. Good vibes only.”

Australia batsman David Warner also commented on the post.
“This make me smile and very happy,” Warner wrote.
