Watch: Pakistan’s new jersey unveiled ahead of Asia Cup, ODI World Cup | Cricket News

NEW DELHI: The Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) on Monday unveiled the new team jersey ahead of the Asia Cup and ODI World Cup. The unveiling ceremony took place at the Gaddafi Stadium in Lahore in presence of Chairman of the PCB Management Committee Zaka Ashraf.
The World no.1 ODI team team will be seen in their new jerseys in the upcoming Asia Cup, which begins from August 30.
The PCB stated that the concept of the ‘Star Nation Jersey’ embodies a profound connection between Pakistan’s cricketing heroes and their dedicated fans.

“The Star Nation Jersey bears witness to the enduring bond between our cricketers and the passionate fans who stand by them through every match. This jersey encapsulates our rich cricketing heritage and the luminous future that awaits,” said Ashraf.
Pakistan will take on Nepal in the Asia Cup tournament opener in Multan. The competition which is being played in the ODI format this year will be jointly hosted by Pakistan and Sri Lanka.
