This much-awaited clash is scheduled to take place on September 2 at the Pallekele International Cricket Stadium in Pallekele, Sri Lanka. Both teams are placed in Group A of the tournament. The Asia Cup is not just an important competition in itself, but it also holds great significance as a preparation platform for the upcoming ODI World Cup 2023, which will be hosted by India starting from October 5.
